At O’Donnell Cleaners & Tailors, we use a reliable and fast shipping service for all orders within the United States.

  • Shipping Fee: $5.30 per order
  • Shipping Area: United States only

Please note that we currently do not ship to U.S. military bases (APO/FPO addresses). We apologize for any inconvenience.


How long will it take to receive my package?

Orders are typically delivered within 5–8 business days within the United States.

Delivery times may be delayed during:

  • Peak seasons
  • Holidays
  • Unexpected carrier delays

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.


Do you ship internationally?

At this time, O’Donnell Cleaners & Tailors only ships within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping.

After this period, cancellation may no longer be possible.

What is the return policy timeframe?

Our return policy is valid for 30 days after delivery.

After 30 days, the order is considered accepted and no refunds or returns will be issued.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:
